Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
• During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout:

• Puerto Rico
• United States

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Puerto Rico: 1–3 business days
• United States: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products.
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Include your order number and photos in your email.

Perishable Products

Because many of our products are food items, we cannot guarantee product quality if a package is left unattended after delivery. Please retrieve your package as soon as possible after it arrives.
